Craving a true escape? We invite you to be our guests in our Charming, well appointed home, with all the amenities you will need during your stay. One level floor plan has 3 bedrooms 3 baths ( 2 of the bedrooms are suites). Open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off the dining room sitting area for reading with a desk if you should need it. The backyard has an outdoor Palapa with BBQ/bar, covered patio, beautiful pool with an 8 man Jacuzzi. Quiet neighborhood, centerally located, close to supermarkets, the lake , boat launch London Bridge and downtown. Comfortably sleeps 6 and is a perfect place to relax and unwind. In the evening the sunsets from the backyard are incredibly beautiful. Some of the best I personally have ever witnessed next to the ones in Greece. Due to no street lights the stars shine ever so bright!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When leaving simply pull the door closed and push the lock button, don’t re-enter the code or you will unlock it.
If it is a Thursday, you are leaving please bring the trash down to the curb. If staying over Thursday please bring trash down. Pick up is 4am Friday morning.
No need to put external comforters in the laundry, simply the sheets and pillowcases
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not use the upper view deck or the fire pit for safety reasons. And when leaving property please strip beds and put linens in laundry room.
Please leave the house the way you found it. Nice , clean and tidy. Thank you
Please do not alter outdoor pool camera or the garage camera. The living room yes can be shut off. This is for safety reasons. Lastly Have fun!

Great property

We had a great girls getaway. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Our host Don & Laurie were awesome and responded right away to questions we had upon arrival. The neighbor hood is very quiet and nice. Close to everything. We are definately looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

Yearly Lake Havasu vacation.

This is the first time staying in a rental. We usually stay with friends that moved here 4 years ago. This time we brought family and friends and needed a house. The accommodations here were excellent and the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful to use. Communication with the host when you are here is almost immediate. Will definitely stay here again….unless we have our own house here by then.

Our family had a great time! Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom! We absolutely loved the pool and patio ☀️ Line of communication with the owner was great - answered any questions at all hours (we arrived late at night and we were first timers).

Best escape from Montana cold

The family goal was to enjoy some warmer weather and a great pool. The owners of the property were extremely accommodating to ensure we had a perfect trip. The pool was exactly as listed with plenty of room to spread out on the decks. Plenty of outdoor seating. The inside had plenty of space and places to relax. We enjoyed having enough bathrooms for three girls and the available washer and dryer. I would recommend this location

Great spot, the house was clean has 3 beds and baths, perfect for couples. Backyard was great. We had such a good time and Laurie is great at getting back to you if you have questions. Would get this spot again

Weekend Get Away

Got out of town with friends, (3 couples), and did absolutely nothing, ate good, floated in the pool, slept good, and worried about nothing. This home had all the necessities that you need, nice pool, enough kitchen items to use for making dinner, and comfortable to watch a movie!!!

Perfect for 6 adults

Loved the backyard, it was perfect to relax in after a long day at the lake..We had 6 adults so it is the perfect size and all couples had their own restrooms… the house has everything listed and check in/out was super easy.. the house is showing a bit of its age, a few of the kitchen cabinets wouldn’t stay closed, the master bedroom mattress is due for an upgrade but honestly the only issue we had is we needed more trash bags but easy fix, we went to the store.. Thank you again for sharing your awesome home with us.

A Heartwarming Stay in the Midst of Winter

The property was exactly as advertised and it was a true pleasure to stay there to which we were very thankful of the opportunity. The hosts did an incredible job in making the accommodations simple, warm, cozy, and most importantly, welcoming. It definitely made for a great first experience of Lake Havasu City. We would have loved to enjoy the fabulous outside amenities more than we did as the weather was not on our side, but it gives us something to look forward to in future visits. We can see this property being rented often throughout the year so if you see it available, don't hesitate, you will be happy you didn't. Kudos again to the hosts!!

Extremely clean! Nice pool.

Was seriously the most clean place! Our favorite was the pool in the heat. The jacuzzi at sunset & in the evenings was wonderful. We love a VRBO so we can cook, BBQ, & bond over food. Would recommend. Things to know: A. Kitchen had a lot of things to use (spices, napkins, fridge even had condiments & butter.) We did have to buy coffee & salt, but that’s to be expected. Just a nice bonus that there was a lot of items (probably left by previous guests) - so check it out before you go to grocery store. B. There was plenty of dishes & even cute, plastic pool ware (eg: margarita glasses, wine glasses). Tons of cooking utensils (tongs, etc.) If you are a picky chef - maybe bring your own knives &/or a pan or two. As is normal, the items are not really chef quality & if you’re a “real cook” - you’ll want your own. C. The rooms, beds, bathrooms are comfortable & clean. Lots of personal items- so that can feel a bit weird. Definitely feels like you are borrowing someone’s home. Overpowering sometimes (scents. photos. murals.) D. There was a lot of rules & texts with the owners, trying to figure out stuff (spa, turning on bbq, how to make fans/lights work, etc.) Something’s we never did figure out but it wasn’t a big deal. We just went with it. E. The home is a bit older, so some very cool features were not usable. Like the view deck, fire pit. They were not in the VRBO description- so it’s fair enough. No misleading information. It’s just a shame.

Our Younger son graduated magma cum laude playing both baseball and basketball collegially

We provide most Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. The sunsets from our property are absolutely beautiful next to ones you would see in Greece. We are not far from anything 5 to 10 minutes wherever you need to go in the city.
