About this property

Rainbow River Experience.

Located in the Rio Vista neighborhood, there is a private boat ramp at the Rio Vista Park, right in the middle of the Rainbow River. Great place to relax, so peaceful.

Just 5 minute walk to the ramp or grab the golf cart and cruise down for quick swim. Free access to Kayaks, paddle boards, with a whistle and life jackets supplied with your stay.

The golf cart and kayak trailer are FREE to use and tow the kayaks to the ramp. A private key will be issued to access the boat ramp on the Rainbow River.

The home is in a neighborhood with a “private” boat ramp that is on the Rainbow River at Rio Vista boat ramp, keyed entry, private entrance to launch your boat, kayaks, paddle boards or just tube down the river. The private 3 acre park has grills, shelter for shaded picnic tables, swim area and a place to dock your boat or kayaks.

3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with central heat and air. Four beds, Sleeps 6 comfortably, max guests 8, air mattress on site for additional guests.
Bikes are on site to use at your leisure also.

*There is a $300.00 fee for loss of the key.*

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return any equipment that was used to how it was found. Report any damaged or missing equipment as it was all inspected and in perfect working order prior to your arrival.
Be sure to set the air conditioning system to “auto” cool 79 degres (summer) and “auto” heat 65 degrees winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests are permitted on the property or access to the private park. This property allows up to 8.
The golf cart is for use in the neighborhood only and is not to be operated by children under 18.
