Just as described with good sized rooms, well stocked with necessities and in a quiet neighborhood with beautifully mature trees. Close to Kp Hole Park and Rainbow River as well as great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The King bed in the master was too firm for me, but I know many prefer that. The queen in the guest room was better for me. I liked that this property has 2 bathtubs. There is a very small uncovered back patio with a couple of chairs that was not listed in the ad. Overall, a nice place for a weekend getaway to the Rainbow river.
