Perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Bès Gorges, the village of Arzenc-d'Archer is the former stronghold of the Barony of Apcher (remains of the fortified castle). This village and its surroundings have been a designated historic site since 1967. The holiday rental is located in the heart of this site, in a charming detached house that blends authenticity with modernity. A large wooded park creates a shaded courtyard and terrace. Ground floor: kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle), living and lounge area with sofa (open fireplace, television), laundry room (washing machine, freezer). Upstairs: hallway with a single-size alcove bed for a child and a relaxation area, 1 bedroom (2 single beds, a separate sink), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Central heating. Wi-Fi available at the Maison des Services de Fournels at 7 kms.au. The cottage has 4G cell phone coverage. Private, enclosed terrace and yard with patio furniture and a barbecue. Pets allowed at no extra charge.
