Nice location

We enjoyed this location. Close (within a couple miles) to both Caspersen Beach for shark tooth hunting, the pier, and great restaurants, yet far enough away to be a quiet area. Beach access along the side of the building with a pretty short walk down to the beach. Even though the cleanliness could be worked on a bit, the space was comfortable and came with some little extras. Overall, we would recommend.

Family Vacay☀️

Property Manager and staff were great. Always kept us informed and answered our questions when needed. Very friendly. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities except washer and dryer in the unit. Close to downtown Venice, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed all the restaurants and shops. The beach was quiet and clean but not powdery white. Thank you for sharing your condo for a fun family vacation.
