8 minutes from the ocean (free shuttle 300 m away), 5 minutes from local shops, 3 minutes from the bike path (Vélodysée: a trail through the forest leading to the beaches) and numerous activities (golf, spa, equestrian centre, mountain biking, tree-top adventure course, water park, surf schools, tennis lessons, restaurants),
Ideally located halfway between Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne and Capbreton/Hossegor (10 km) to explore the region, enjoy peace and quiet, and experience nature with family or friends.

A modern, eco-friendly (passive) wooden home built in 2015, bright and facing south, with two private, flower-filled gardens totaling 200 m² that are completely secluded, featuring a terrace/pergola, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a plancha grill, 2 spacious double bedrooms (2 beds measuring 160x200) with large built-in closets and 1 children’s bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x190), a fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining/living room with TV (Wi-Fi), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
