The Iconic Mulvaine Beach House by the Pier with top viewing for space launches

This gated and secured beachfront home is nestled in and very private...located between Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral, both in walking distance. This property is near Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Village which has lots of shops, music, and great places to eat. The Port offers helicopter rides, day and night casino cruises, Parasailing, lots of shopping and several restaurants. Rocket launches are beautiful from our beachfront…make sure to check the schedule when visiting. Our home is very clean and has been nicely renovated. We have a full kitchen with large dining table, Media/family room, and Sun room with large triple doors leading to Outdoor Entertaining Area with Grill and walkway to Beach. We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. We work hard to ensure our guests have a great time and an enjoyable vacation! If you are looking for a private Spa experience we are offering Cabana Massage Packages “exclusive to our guests” who can book prior to their stay. Our home is one of the few privately owned ocean front properties on Cocoa Beach and has been loved by all who have visited...we have for 7 years maintained a solid 5 Star Rating…our end of the day goal is to ensure that everyone has a great vacation and would love to come back and visit again!

This was our third time staying at the Mulvaine Beach House and we plan on going back. It’s a nice quiet place to stay with great access to the beach and within walking distance to many attractions in the area. The house is always ready for us and Lynn keeps us up to date on launches. I really enjoyed my stay at the beach house! The house is super cozy, and has all the amenities. It is also steps away from the beach. There is plenty of parking and all communication with the host was helpful and fast. I even got to see a spacex rocket launch from the beach. If you want to see Kennedy Space Center, have quick access to beautiful beach and lots of dining options this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We stayed for 4 nights- family of four with 13 and 11 year old. We found we really didn’t even need a car once we arrived! Everything was fine exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed! Would stay again!

This was our second time staying at the Mulvaine Beach House and also our second time to Florida. The perfect beach house

Awesome location right on the beach. Close to the pier but far enough away that the beach is not too busy. Very clean and plenty of space. Will try to stay here again if we come back to cocoa beach!
