The space
Newly remodeled with private and exclusive hot tub use! Park in the spacious cement driveway and follow the heated and newly poured low cascade stairs and sidewalk to your unit.

This is a rambler style home with one unit on the main level and two units below. You have your entire unit to yourself but you may hear sounds above you or sounds from guests next door. No unbooked guests allowed.

Guest access
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself including exclusive use of the hot tub. A privacy fence separates you from the unit next door. There is a living room and kitchen area for the main level house above your unit.

Other things to note
The bathroom tub/shower is for showering use only to prevent hot water shortage. The hot tub is available for soaking.

You may hear folks in the unit next door or those above you.

-Pet fee: $25 per night per pet fee. We do not allow unbooked guests or visitors on .the premises at any time during your stay.
