Be one of the first to stay in this newly remodeled townhome with a private hot tub, only accessible to you! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Millcreek. Near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shopping stores and Sugarhouse Park. 15-minute drive to Downtown and 30-minute drive to 4 ski resorts! Feel at home with the 4 bed - 1 King + 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 baths, and modern amenities like fast WiFi, Prime Video and Netflix apps on the TVs.


The space
Enjoy a soak in the hot tub located in your fully fenced and attached backyard both for your exclusive use. Our hot tubs are serviced daily sometime between the hours of 9 am-2 pm. Please don't leave pets unattended in the backyard during these hours.

Great Stay with our Dogs

We were traveling across the country relocating two dogs from their old home in Virginia to their new home in California. As expected the dogs had some anxiety with the long car rides and new experiences. The stay in your home allowed them to relax and be safe. The fenced in backyard and quiet neighborhood was just what we all needed at the end of our very long day. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful Millcreek Property

Great Millcreek Townhome close to grocery store and other businesses. Private backyard with hottub. Very clean and fully stocked unit. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals (without the overflow of extra stuff left by previous renters). Was a short Uber ride to Sugarhouse district (we walked it a few times). Great communication by owner. We definitely will be back!
