The Space:
Fireplace is not for use, decoration only. A open game room/office area for your enjoyment. Covered patio in back yard is shared with the 2 story apartment.
Guest Access:
You have full access to the home as well as the shared covered patio space in the back. There is a big side yard to the right of the home that you may enjoy as well.

This wonderful neighborhood is blocks from the Lake Hollingsworth as well as shopping and restaurants.
4 blocks from beautiful Lake Hollingsworth and only a mile away from Florida Southern College.
Getting Around:
Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The famed Southgate Publix, Peking House Chinese, Five Guys Burgers all all within a block away. There are many stores located walking distance from the property.

You must register all guests. There is a charge of $15.00 per night per guest over two. If the correct number of guests is entered during booking, your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after two, we are able to keep the base rates lower.
**Pet policy**: Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. For more details, please check our pet policy.
Excessive barking: We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking. If there are any complaints, we may need to ask you to board your dog or find alternative arrangements.
**Events**:
We don’t allow parties, but we don’t mind hosting certain events with prior arrangement before booking. Event fees are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to ask! Please note, unapproved events will incur additional charges, including any extra cleanup fees.
*There is a shared grill out back, under the covered patio area.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. It was a quick trip for us and this was the home was perfect for us. Bed and blessing was super comfortable which was a bonus!
The message on how to enter the property was confusing, with two different door codes provided. Another party had the same problem with an additional rental on the same property the following night. I ended up providing contact information for the host so they could get into their rental. The toilet in the half bath did not flush properly until a toilet plunger was used on it. The closet in the bathroom near said bathroom had a slight sewer odor. The soap dispenser in the same bathroom was broken. The water filter on the refrigerator showed a red display indicating it needed to be changed. The area on the sides of the washer/dryer was dirty with a sock an old dryer sheet and a fair amount of lint. The kitchen trash can would not hold a trash bag in place due to a broken part. Every time we put anything heavy into the trash can the bag collapsed into the can.

We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The toilet, soap dispenser, refrigerator filter, and trash can have been addressed, and we’ve conducted an additional deep inspection of the laundry area and bathroom to ensure everything meets our standards. As a historic 1925 home, we take pride in maintaining its character while keeping it clean and comfortable for guests, and your comments help us improve.

We enjoyed staying at this charming craftsman house. It is very clean , with ample living and sitting areas. The bedrooms are clean and nicely decorated. For us the kitchen was the highlight, having comfortable seating, great pot and cooking pans, non teflon! The host has paid great attention to details, the spices, oil and enough of everything to put a quick meal together. The instructions were clear. We had a fabulous weekend at your property. The house was super clean very quiet neighborhood and the host was very quick to respond to all of our questions. I definitely must do a repeat to this location.

My family and I have been an Airbnb guests for many years and always loved the experience. I decided to purchase a few properties in my hometown Lakeland so I can share our lovely town with others just as others have shared theirs with my family and I.
Give me a nice craft beer and good food and you will see me right at home. I love our city and what it has to offer. We have many great restaurants, live entertainment venues, outdoor activities all year long.

1925 Historic charming home that we did an extensive remodel inside and out. This wonderful home has beautiful landscape, exterior landscape lighting, double oversized lot and much more. It is amazing to see the transformation of such a wonderful home to its new luster.
