Kingston Casa makes a memorable first impression. Open the door and you're immediately transported to relaxation through the picture window views of the screened atrium courtyard. The central hot tub meets the mosaic tile fountain flanked by palm trees. It's a view to behold. This is a truly unique one-story cottage brimming with amenities.

These captivating views continue down three steps to the sunken living room with a flat-screen tv, past the dining room with seating for six and into the kitchen with additional bar seating for seven. Access the courtyard through a bank of sliding glass doors off this space. Guests will want for nothing in this fully stocked Chef's kitchen with gas range. Steps from the kitchen is the laundry with a separate ice maker.

Kingston Casa is home to a seriously relaxing master bedroom, complete with an adjustable Sleep Number king-sized bed. In the master's en suite bath guests will enjoy double vanities and a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Spend mornings drinking coffee or evenings sipping cocktails on the covered lanai just through the sliding doors.

On the other side of the cottage are a children's bunkroom with four built-in twins, a guest room with a queen bed and the junior master with king bed. This last bedroom opens through the en suite bathroom to the private backyard swimming pool.
