A pleasure as always

We love staying at the refinery. The standards are high and we have a consistent experience from year to year. It does seem as if the housekeeping fell off a little bit this year. I did notify management of a couple issues we experienced that are easily fixed, so hopefully next year it will be on par with previous years.
