This 75 sq. m air conditioned flat is situated on the first and last floor (without elevator) with a view on the lake. This flat, located in the secured and quiet residence Les Hauts de Vaugrenier, at the heart of a superb and green 130 hectares park with view on the sea and the mountains, includes:

The cities of Antibes and Cagnes-sur-Mer are located at a 15 min drive. Finally you will find the wonderful city of Nice at around 30 min by car.
