Just a tad confusing to find the place, but once found, you’ll be home free. Plan to bring necessities like soap, dish soap, shampoo and stuff, but everything else is there….including a water/food bowl for the pups! Place is adorable, and communication is top notch. I couldn’t believe how quickly my questions were answered!!We enjoyed that front porch, and for all you fishermen out there, we were witness to drift boats floating right in front of the property and catching trout (despite the fact that they were newbies to flyfishing!). In fact, the one drift boat floated in front of us four or five times, backing up to float the seam right in front of the house again and again.
We loved the proximity to the river. You can throw a rock from the porch into the river it's so close. Geese were floating down the river most of the day and their sounds and it flowing buy was so peaceful. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for myself and my husband. The host was friendly and responded quickly when we needed questions answered. It was a great stay for a great price.
This is at least the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed in this particular cabin and the 5th or 6th time I've booked one of these cabins. They are always clean. Check-in is always easy. Stay is always peaceful. Just wish I'd had more time to fish this trip.
We were somewhat disappointed in the location of the cabin being in a very industrial spot and the view from the porch was virtually non existent due to tree growth. The listing does not accurately portray the property unfortunately.
Great cabin! Very clean and updated. Beautiful setting along the River, very peaceful. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Really good place, had all the needs inside, the owner stoped by two time to see if we needed anything, we will be back again, it was Hot Hot during our stay, we like sitting out on deck, if the place had a box type fan to use on deck would be great
We. felt absolutely comfortable here. Very close to where you wanted to go (beach, Food City, town of Elizabethton). Kitchen was clean and organized. Beds were comfy.

This place is gorgeous right by the river. It made sitting in the porch a pleasant experience.
Great cabin with all the items I needed for hosting a Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of room for friends and family. Outside was cold but my dogs loved the deck and barking at the geese in the river! I will be back. Thanks,
It was the perfect place for us. Loved listening to the river from the porch. Plenty of places to walk the dogs. On-site property care-giver was excellent! The neighborhood is commercial, but the cabins are tucked away from the activity.

I rented this for close to a week. I have a handicap mother and traveling with her and four kids is a mess and requires a lot of stops. With that being said my original check-in date I wasn’t going to make in time so I messaged the host and he agreed to change the checkout date to a day later than what I originally chose.. we caused no issues ourselves. Getting clean towels was a disaster too. Well without warning we was woken up to a sheriff beating on our door telling us we had 20 minutes to get out without any explanation. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
This place had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend on the river. Check in was easy and property was well kept. Would definitely stay here again.
I give this property a high rating; the description is very accurate. A comfortable 2-bedroom place with decent bathroom and a good kitchen. We were there for a fishing trip and it is perfectly situated for that.
Had a fantastic stay. Sat on the deck with morning coffee, afternoon chill time, and sunset watching. Sounds of the river made me happy. There were also road sounds, but I didn’t mind. Cabin was clean with more outlets than I needed!
