(Be sure to check specific rates for the days you're interested in - July and August rentals are Mon-Sun, and are likely cheaper than the nightly number VRBO is showing you unless it's a holiday week.)

It’s a short walk up the boardwalk to the ocean from our lovely 3 bedroom 2 story home. The house features a rustic living room with high ceilings, skylights, and massive glass windows along the entire south side of the house. Beautiful large recently-refinished wrap-around deck with lounge chairs, a hammock, BBQ (all propane included!), dining tables, and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 10 comfortably, and all mattresses have protectors!. Bed sheets and bath towels included; you can bring or have shipped your food and beverage options for the week. Bring your favorite beach towels!

For peak season (July and August): this is a 6 night rental, Monday-Sunday. (Mondays are reserved for deep cleaning.) Longer rentals are possible; please message me directly.
For May and June, options are more open.
For all rentals: Leave as late as you like on the last day of your stay - get the most out of your visit!!

Verizon FIOS fiber-optic connection to the house makes this a great place to vacation *or* work away from home (1 Gbps up and down) with mesh WiFi network for whole-property coverage! Great mobile phone service with 3 bars on 5G for both Verizon and AT&T wireless services! 2 workstation areas with 27" external monitor, keyboard, and mouse for you to plug your laptop into.

Corneille Estates has a no noise after 10pm policy. (Still, Corneille is WAY more relaxed about THE RULES than Ocean Beach is!)

Note: two security cameras are present: one is the doorbell, and one is outside at the southeastern corner of the property (along the glass side of the house) to ensure against burglaries etc.. as two doors are located here.

Perfect Ocean Beach spot!

TJ is a great host with a great house. The location is perfect, seconds from the beach and an easy walk into town. The house is clean and well-stocked with supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Our kids loved the beach toys and our dogs loved the fenced in property. We hope to visit again!

This was a great house for two families with a bedroom for each set of parents and a kids' bunk room. It had so many amenities and it was exactly what we needed! Fire Island is always a great place to visit but having a fun rental to stay it makes it that much better!!

Very good property, great location, with all provisions generously provided. Outdoor area is exceptional and well set up for maximum relaxation. The star of the show is definitely TJ, the owner, who is the most thoughtful and responsive host that we have experienced. Highly recommend!

Much Needed R&R

Our stay was exactly what we needed. The location and property was as described: a spacious, quiet spot that is just a quick stroll to the beach. The fenced in yard was also a major plus for our 4 legged pals! We got to grill, relax on the patio and take in the beach when we wanted. TJ was also very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Family get away close to home..

The house was perfect; everything TJ mentions is there. It's a home away from home. There is not one thing that this host has not thought of to help make our stay easy. The location is perfect; it is so close to the ocean. You can sit out back and still hear the waves/ocean from the deck. I would highly recommend staying with this host. It feels like when you go to a family home and everything is there and ready for you.

Just as good as the first time!

My family returned for a second year and it was just as good as the first! Our young daughter and dog love the house, and the proximity to the beach (where you have to carry all the toys) is awesome for us parents. Whether it is relaxing on the deck, sun bathing at the beach, or walking around Ocean Beach - this spot makes it all effortless. And TJ continues to be a delightful, accommodating host!

Charming home with everything you need!

TJ’s beach cottage is perfectly located and well stocked for your Fire Island get away. The house is lovely. TJ provided super detailed instructions about how to get from the ferry to the house. There is a wagon, several bikes, beach chairs, games. Just bring a beach towel for the short walk to the beach!

Wonderful Adventure for a Family Get Together

This house is the perfect get away for families or friends who want to experience a care-free, comfortable and convenient location on Fire Island. The house is immaculate, and has everything one needs for a short or long term stay. The ocean beach is a short walk away. TJ, the owner, goes out of his way to supply top of the line supplies and equipment for his guests. .He is available via is a phone call or text and immediately responds. This home had everything you can ask for! The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. TJ had extra toilet paper, paper towels and household supplies. The house is super clean! Great location .. only a few houses from the beach! WIFi and home office were amazing! Outside furniture, bikes and beach chairs were perfect! I loved all the 1980’s nostalgia decor! It was very fun! I highly recommend this home!

Simply the best.

We were so happy with our stay. The location is perfection. It’s private and serene. A very close walk to the ocean, and a short walk to the town…even shorter if taking the bikes. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for the house and the beach. The house was so well stocked and organized…and everything provided is good quality and well cared for. Bachelorette Weekend

My experience with renting this property was well done. TJ is a great host and is very communicative. He responded quickly and efficiently. When we arrived to the property, it looked just as it did in the photos. It is a perfectly place to be if you want to go to the beach. It is literally a short walk from the house. If there were any issues during the stay TJ was able to assist in anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again and again.

Truly Heaven on Earth

The attention to detail was well beyond our expectations. We rented this house sight unseen based solely on the listing and it did not disappoint at all. The house and property were immaculate, and the proximity to the beach and the quiet side of town were ideal. TJ was always available to answer any questions right away, and very communicative both pre, during, and post rental. We were very happy to not have to drag beach day fun supplies, as they were already available at the house. We are already planning our return for next summer!

The perfect Fire Island experience

This house was a Fire Island dream come true. Its clean, modern design was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable getaway. The gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows let you soak in the outdoors even when you're indoors. TJ is a wonderful host - he truly has thought of everything, making the house perfectly equipped for a home-away-from-home experience. From a/c to wi-fi, from bikes to boogie boards...it's the perfect summer retreat. Pro-tip: if you're a night owl, the late summer moon passes through the sweet, octagonal-shaped window in the upstairs master bedroom (to die for) at about 4:30 AM. Sublime! Our family couldn't have been happier with our trip, thank you TJ!

5 star family vacation at Fire Island

We have been renting homes on Fire Island for 30 Years. This home was well supplied with all the amenities you would want for a family stay. Our teenagers had a blast on the bikes which gave them the freedom to explore the island. The beds and pillows where the most comfortable we have ever slept on outside our home. The house is the perfect location to the beach and set far enough back to protect us on the windy days. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the charming deck space and drink our coffee and watch the birds in the bamboo in the morning. Thank you to TJ the owner for his extreme hospitality and response when we had a question. We will put this rental on our redo list for sure!

Location! Location! Location!

Close to beach, close to town, close to Heaven! San Junipero, was the perfect family vacation spot. This was our first time renting on FI, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. TJ truly thought through every detail of his guests needs! The house was immaculate and well stocked. We especially appreciated the late check out time on Sunday to enjoy a full day, and less harried departure. The morning ferry leaving OB can be quite busy, and no way to end a relaxing vacation. We would recommend TJ and his beautiful home to anyone looking for a stress free experience. During our stay, TJ was readily available to communicate with us when needed. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Idyllic Retreat

The San Junipero house is true to its listing...a Fire Island paradise. The Corneille Estates location provides a tranquil and private retreat. It's just a few houses away from the beach, but also a 10 min walk to the town, ferry, restaurants and shops by the bay at Ocean Beach. The house has great amenities if you want to cook and hang out there. The common space is a great place to watch a movie and relax with friends and family. The bedrooms have nice linens and comfortable and modern designs. The wrap around patio is beautiful and well appointed. The shed has all kinds of beach chairs and there are bicycles for getting around too! The host is responsive, accomodating and has thought about everything you could possibly need. This is an easy way to have a great beach vacation!

Oh my god we loved it.

Oh my god, we loved loved this house. It really was a truly inviting, thorough, and warm experience. The details that were put into this house were absolutely noticed. The stocked bathrooms, cleaning supplies, beach toys, SOLID WIFI (we had 8 zoom calls going at once), AC / fans in every room, modern kitchen, great lighting outside - the entire group (10 of us) all said at one point "this house is so awesome" Great vibes inside and outside. The master bedroom upstairs has so much light and the balcony was great in the morning. TJ also is an awesome host. He is super responsive, communicative, helpful, flexible - he let us check in early and that was a huge time save for us. Once we arrived, it was super easy to check in, and find everything, the green wagon was a huge help as well. Note: the house is so so close to the beach, (~1 min walk) you can hear the waves at night, warm family room, grill supplies, comfortable couches, love the Black Mirror San Junipero theme throughout - it truly is "heaven on earth."

Very convenient to beach

Location ideal for access to beach and short walk into town without crowds. Could hear the waves from the house. Kitchen had ample supplies for meal prep. Patio had lots of seating areas. Huge TV! Would book again.

Relaxation and comfort on Fire Island

Great location for the beach and plenty of the comforts of home. Very clean, comfortable new beds, good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and plenty of common spaces to relax. Outdoor shower is a great feature. Indoor bathrooms clean and spacious. Landlord was easy to work with and responsive. House was an easy walk from the ferry but follow directions provided in landlord documentation, GoogleMaps sent us to wrong location. Very short walk to the beach & several nice restaurants. House has a fun vibe. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
