Welcome to "Dunes Retreat," a peaceful getaway in the Palm Springs desert! A stunning modern custom property with upgraded furnishings behind the guard gates of historic Bermuda Dunes Country Club, private and designed for relaxing and entertaining. This property epitomizes luxury desert living with stunning architectural features of smooth stucco, stacked stone accents, and a custom glass gated entry opening to the resort-like yard with salt water pool/spa, fountain, fire pit, and lounge area.

The 10' Fleetwood multi-slide doors disappear to reveal indoor/outdoor living space between the large living room and covered patio that all enjoy views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The open kitchen with Desert Amarillo granite island, boasts Wolf, Sub-Zero, and all the best stainless steel appliances.

The large open living space features handcrafted elements chosen by the interior designer owner, including a baby grand piano and a beautiful sunken wet bar backed by a glass-enclosed 1000 bottle wine room.

The splendid master suite opens to the patio and mountain views with walk-in closets and vanities, a separate shower, and an oversized spa tub. Two elegantly appointed bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, plus a large office with built-in partners desk and its own en-suite bath so it could easily be a 4th bedroom.

The open concept and large windows allow the beautiful Southern California sunshine to pour in and warm the atmosphere. The large pool and spa are sure to entertain you and your guests while you’re on holiday. This property is fully furnished and is ready for your California adventure!

- Return the garage door opener to the leftmost drawer in the kitchen (a $50 replacement fee if it is missing) - Return portable Sonos speaker to its charger
- If you used the grill, clean and cover it, and ensure gas is turned off - Lift patio shades if still down

This house is amazing. This property has exactly what you want when it comes to outdoor living. We highly recommend you book it without hesitation. We stayed here in late December 2022. Very nice home that is well equipped. The beds are comfortable, and the owner was extremely responsive. Bermuda Dunes is a bit of a dated community, but once you are in the home that is easily overlooked. Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week away at this quiet well maintained property. The ensuite baths with each bedroom, spacious indoor living and bonus outdoor living space were perfect for time away with family and friends. The owner was very responsive to questions and accommodating when he learned the day of our arrival the washer was not functional. Great desert family getaway

We took the troop of five kids down to this home in the nice & quiet neighborhood of Bermuda Dunes. It was perfect for our family, lots of space, big open kitchen, modern appliances, outdoor living area was an unexpected highlight! The pool & hot tub combo were perfect to have the kids swim all day and we could still see them from the living room. The owner also has a lot of nice pool equipment for guest use. Craig the owner was super-responsive, FaceTime'd us a walk-through at check-in. My only feedback would be to create a welcome one-pager: wifi logins, trash day etc. Overall a wonderful stay and we'll be going back!
