Pool party in Coachella Valley? I'm there faster than you can say "sayonara stress"! Just remember to close the umbrellas when unattended, this desert can get windy and we don't yet have our permit for rocket launches.

Spend your days enjoying refreshing swims in the private saltwater pool, then unwind under the desert stars in the hot tub at night. Take in stunning sunsets from multiple outdoor lounge areas, dine al fresco, and enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped, well-appointed kitchen. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this home serves as the perfect central hub for desert adventures—with five-star service throughout your stay.

🏠 INDOOR LIVING

Designed for comfort and connection, the interior offers modern furnishings and flexible sleeping arrangements across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all located on the main level.

Primary suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area with twin daybed + trundle

Two additional bedrooms: Queen beds

Additional sleeping options: Twin and double air mattresses available

Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. Upstairs, enjoy a bright open-concept living space featuring a large living room, dining area, game room, half bath, and a modern kitchen with island seating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a full stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a dedicated coffee and tea bar—perfect for mornings or winding down after a day in the sun.

Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. There is no physical fence or gate surrounding these areas. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring water-safety practices are followed. The use of flotation devices for children is strongly recommended.

ℹ️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front door for safety

Regular pest control is provided, though occasional desert insects are possible

Minimum age of primary renter is 25 and must be present during the stay

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking

A $500 security deposit hold is required (see house rules)

Festival-season bookings follow strict cancellation policies with no exceptions

We kindly ask that guests respect our home and neighborhood. Outdoor enjoyment is welcome, but please move gatherings indoors after dark. This home is ideal for guests who value comfort, quality, and thoughtful hosting.

Great place. Perfect for a girls trip. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was so organized that everything you would possibly need is there AND labeled. The host was very helpful and even purchased a baking dish for us. The neighborhood was SO quiet and peaceful. The only bummer was that the pickleball court was not standard size. Regardless, we’d still rent again.

Outstanding experience (March 2023)

This is the perfect place to stay with family or friends. Our party of four ladies and two teenage boys had a wonderful time. The house is spectacular! It it welcoming, very clean and has resort style amenities (pool, hot tub, swing chairs, games). After a long day at the Tennis Garden we had a sanctuary to unwind. The owner is very responsive and kind. We will definitely come back. Thanks for your hospitality!
