Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We kindly ask that you wash up any dishes used and take out any trash. Dumpsters are located at the very end of the street past the pool. We would really appreciate it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be approved by host prior to guest's arrival. One (1) house trained pet is allowed. Non-disclosure of a pet will result in a $125 fee..
There is a $50 fee if the key fob is misplaced or stolen. Check out times are strictly enforced and will incur an additional nights stay at $250.
Adhere to all posted condo rules. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the unit, including the patio. A fee of $150 will be incurred.
