Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unserer Meinung nach für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kids genau die richtige Größe. Die Lage vorne im Ötztal ist Geschmackssache. Wir fanden es angenehm von hier auch schnell mal nach Imst und Innsbruck zu kommen. Matratzen und deren gewünschte Härtegrade sind ja individuell verschieden. So sicherlich auch bei uns. Dennoch empfanden wir diese von Tag zu Tag unbequemer und durchgelegen.

Très bonne experience

Appartement tres bien placé pour le ski, a moins de 10mn en voiture. Spacieux, bien agencé et impeccable. Les hotes sont a l’ecoute et de grands facilitateurs. Le sejour a ete tres apprecié par toute la famille.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel, très propre et dans une petite résidence calme et agréable. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. L'emplacement est idéal car il permet de visiter la vallée d'Oetzal, les vallées parrallèles et Insbruck facilement. Nous avons regretté de n'être restés qu'une semaine tellement il y a de choses à faire dans la région et tellement nous étions bien dans cet appartement.

FeWo am Ortsrand mit Blick in die Berge

Schöne FeWo am Anfang des Ötztals. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war die Wohnung sehr sauber und großzügig. Leider gibt es Abend im Ort nur noch eine Pizzeria, jedoch ist Ötz mit zahlreichen Restaurants in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch sind zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten wie der Wasser- und Outdoor Sports Park Arena 47 und Pitburger See sehr nahe.

Najaar in Sautens

We hebben ons vanaf het eerste moment thuis gevoeld in dit nette appartement. Het was netjes, schoon!!!!! en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor twee personen meer dan genoeg ruimte, veel opbergruimte. (Voor vier personen kan het net) De ligging is fantastisch tussen de bergen, mooi uitzicht naar alle kanten. ruim balkon. Goed bed en meubilair. De badkamer ietsje krap, maar ja.... je bent op vakantie. Alles aanwezig en proper!

Mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet, gemütlich, schöne Aussicht mit der Option im Sommer auf dem Balkpn zu essen. Für Wanderurlaub perfekt geeignet.

great vacation in Austria

if you take as a whole everything was fine. Nice apartments equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. In our stay with you, there was a small minus, which did not bring us much discomfort. But ... It would be nice if we were explained where it is necessary to take out the garbage from the apartment, when it accumulates a lot. In the remaining moments everything is perfect.

Wunderschönes Panorama vom Balkon aus. Lage für outdooraktivitäten hervorragend. Einziges Manko ist die nicht vorhandene Spülmaschine.
