FAMILY GUEST HOUSE-SPLIT BEDROOMS

This peaceful home sits on the edge of town in one of the best locations of Mountain View. It is less than five minutes from “the Square,” where you will discover mom-and-pop stores & eateries, unique shops and small groups gathering outdoors to play music.
This comfortable one-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house is surrounded by trees and shrubs for privacy; the backyard is large and there are no neighbors on either side of the house—you can enjoy your retreat without sacrificing convenience.
The house has central heat/air and the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed, a very large closet, a private full-sized bath, and a Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with a full bath between the two. One room is furnished with a queen bed and the other offers two twin-sized beds.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for meals at home and the living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, and Smart TV. There is a laundry room for your convenience.

Annual foliage trip

Though we were a little early for peak foliage, we enjoyed our trip. It was Bean Fest weekend and a great time. The rental was perfect for our group of 4 seniors. We particularly liked the separation of the bedrooms. The step up from the porch to the house was a little high and could be tricky if not careful or surefooted. The tv ( Roku)does not offer regular (ex: CBS) channels without an account.. Overall, our stay was great! Thank you, Karen, for allowing us to visit.

Fun Time in Mountain View

If you're coming to Mountain View to visit, this cabin is in the perfect location. It is right on the highway so it's easy to find, it is close to all attractions, just a short drive to the courthouse square downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the stay. The back porch was perfect for late night conversation, and the fireflies put on a show for us. This is a very reasonably priced, nice, clean, well cared-for place. This is not an upscale property, but it isn't priced like one. We enjoyed it and Karen (the owner) was very interested in making sure we had a good time.

My daughter lives in Batesville with her in-laws and just had a new baby. Wanted to have some room when I visited for my 20 mo old grandson to play and for us to be able to have meals at home and spread out. This house was perfect! It was super clean, open, and had everything we needed for a great visit. The location was perfect, close to downtown Mountain View where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and services. I will be booking this property going forward for my AR visits with my daughter and family.
