The property is located in the heart of the Valley of the Five Castles, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, such as canoeing during the season or taking a ride on a traditional gabare boat. It is a 10-minute drive from Sarlat-la-Canéda. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Beynac Castle, and a 5-minute walk will also take you to the village of Beynac, where you’ll find restaurants, a bar, a pharmacy, and a bakery. In the village, you’ll find a convenience store, a bakery, and a butcher shop.

The rental apartment occupies the first and second floors of a traditional stone house located in the heart of the medieval village of Beynac.

GENERAL INFORMATION
During July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.

INTERIOR
The unit is located on the ground floor of a stone house and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and two bedrooms, each with a 140-cm bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms: one with a 160-bed and a cot, and the second with two 120-beds (please bring 140-bed sheets). There is also a small living room/office and a toilet.

OUTDOORS
You’ll have access to a small outdoor area with patio furniture, a dining area, and a barbecue. The property is fenced.


SECURITY DEPOSIT
A non-cashable security deposit check for 300€ will be required upon arrival and will be returned to you upon departure after the property inspection.

LINENS
We provide bath towels and tea towels; we offer bed linens for €15 per bed if you wish to have them.
