Beautiful spacious house, recently renovated, located in the historic heart of the Dordogne in the golden triangle (Sarlat, Domme, Beynac) and close to the great beaches of Vitrac and Cenac.
Large protected garden for children with views of the Dordogne valley.
The house comprises: 1 large living-room (40m²) with 1 adjoining dining room, 3 large bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms
Has a beautiful equipped terrace (Tables, chair, parasol, Weber barbecue) with views of the Dordogne valley. Equipped kitchen: Hob + oven + microwave + LV+ Nespresso + Kfé filter Washing machine. In addition: 2 children's beds (1.30m and 1.65m) + 1 cot.
Pets allowed.
Wi-Fi by fibre and digital TV available
Cleaning fees include: cleaning at the end of the stay as well as the supply and replacement of sheets and towels.
In winter period, provide an additional heating charge;
- from 15/10 to 30/11:15 €/d,
- from 01/12 to 28/02:25€/d
- from 01/03 to 15/04:15€/d

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage.Sehr schönes grosses Haus mit grossem.Garten, haustierfreundlich, familienfreundlich, gut geeignet für grosses Familie oder zwei Familien.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in 1ü Minuten erreichbar. Ausflugsziele und Fluss in der Nähe.
