The property, pool very nice, clean . I will say friendly families location.checking in is little different for me! Please read your message before check in . We’re have everything we needed for the kitchen, laundry and the balcony is clean furniture are so nice . The view is breath taking. I am so pleased for my staying . I highly recommend . Definitely coming back.

Best Marco Condo

We love working with Marco Island Vacation Rentals for our stays on Marco. Our beautiful, spacious Beach Front condo had the best view of the gulf, great beds, was extremely clean, had nice furnishings and great location. We will definitely stay here again.

The master bedroom linens should be updated and replaced.The bathrooms should be painted and a window covering should be installed in the entry hall window. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent a week on Marco Island for an early spring vacation after a long winter and this property was a great location for us. It is directly on the beach, well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and linens. The unit was very clean and has been well maintained with updated kitchen and bathroom. The management team was excellent, very responsive to a crisis when the water heater burst (had it replaced within 2-3 hours). Overall a great property and I would strongly recommend it for a couple or family.

Great condo close to the beach

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was great! The Condo was clean and updated. Extra pillows and blankets were available as well as fans. I loved the beauty counter so I could spread out all my girl necessaries and not take up sink space (which I know my husband loved). Plenty of cups and plates with a dishwasher. Convenient stacked washer and dryer. The twin beds were great for our kids and so was having their own bathroom and closet separate from us. There were a ton of beach amenities such as 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a shovel, soccer ball, 2 umbrellas, etc. The balcony and view was fantastic. The 2 pools were great, especially after one pool had an issue and had to be closed our last couple of days. I only have 2 super small complaints. One, the keys. I totally get everything being locked up for safety and privacy but there is a gate to get to the pool area then from there another gate to get to the beach, both needing keys. I would suggest a key fob for quicker and easier access while you are hauling coolers, chairs and children down and back to either location. Also the chairs in the condo have plastic rubber pieces on the bottom and they are loud when pushing in and out (nails on a chalkboard loud) Maybe felt bottoms would be better to make it sound better and easier to pull in and out? The location of the condo is the better spot tho. You can see how crowded the beach was at different condos or hotels nearby and ours was spread out which was super relaxing and didn't make me stress out that my kids were bothering anyone. You also don't hear anyone from any other condo unless you are on your balcony. I highly recommend this location and we will stay here again when we visit Marco Island.

The unit location and amenities were great and the view the beautiful sunsets from the balcony was superb.A couple of things that could have improved the experience:1. the beach access walkway was not available to the condos in the North wing, and there is no sign that it will be fixed in the near future. The property manager should make future renters aware of this. 2. the storage with all the beach stuff is a mess. The owner should be required to audit, clean up and throw away the broken chairs, umbrellas, etc.We were very pleased with the response of the property management company, when requested. Good job! Sincerely

July 2023 Stay

Disappointing. It was dirty when we arrived. Food still on the counters. Mold growing around the showers. Fridge was dirty. The garbage disposal so clogged with sand that we had to call maintenance. I washed the bedding again because I felt like it wasn’t clean after walking in and finding food on the counter. Then we come back one day after being at the beach and the place smells very strongly of lacquer from painting next door. Ramp closest to our condo was also under some construction and we had to go to the other end of the building to go in and out of the beach. We have stayed at a lot of places in Florida and this is been one of the most disappointing ones due to the conditions, especially for the price. The beach itself was really nice and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I give this condo 4 stars. The condo was clean, cozy, and set up with comfortable furniture. The room and outdoor deck were spacious. Great view of the ocean and a quiet building. Kitchen was equip with utensils, dining, and cookware. The abundance of chairs in the storage locker was useful and appreciated (6 chairs). Some things that prevented 5 stars include: dryer does not dry well (this made it difficult to meet the expectation of having only last day linens at check out), and the furnace or water heater continuously dripped throughout the day and night which made it difficult to sleep. It would’ve been nice to have a wagon in the storage area to carry items to the beach easier (especially since the walk to beach was significantly longer due to construction of the walk way).

Great Place to relax!

The location was also excellent because it was right on the beach, but at night time was very boring because there was nothing going on in the area. You definitely need a car to go places for both shopping and leisure. The only thing we were not so happy about was that the beach accessories were old and broken. We arrived on a Sunday and we picked up the keys from the agency lock but there were no instructions on how to enter or use the gate a night time when the guard was not there. Overall if you want just to get away to relax, this is the place for you!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in 313 Somerset. The condo was nicely decorated and had what we needed for the week. The view is incredible! It’s just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pool was also very nice, never crowded and lots of chairs to choose from.

However, Watching the sunset from our balcony was one of our favorite things about the week. We will be back.

Second time staying in Somerset. Unit 313 is very clean and freshly updated. Somerset is a nice, quiet, and well-maintained building. Great location on beach and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shopping etc. Would definitely stay again.
