Marco Island Beachfront Condo

Somerset Condominium # 712

Located at the South end beach area of Marco Island, this beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf. Located on the 7th floor both the master bedroom and living room have direct access to the large, covered balcony, a perfect area for watching the gorgeous sunset every night. Leave your large patio doors open and listen to the waves hit the beach all night long.

This unit features two bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and a walk-in closet. Master bath has a large tub and shower combo with double sinks. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a tv and a walk-in closet and is directly connected to the 2nd full bathroom (which can also be accessed from the living area). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including one regular coffee pot or keurig. There is a breakfast area and then a separate more formal dining area. Spacious living room with flat screen smart tv and sofa can pull out into a queen bed (or you can use extra folding cot in guest bedroom). Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Some beach supplies are provided in a private locker on the ground level (such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys). One assigned, covered parking spot and free additional guest parking in the non-covered parking lot.

The Somerset Condo complex is beautiful with its landscaped tropical gardens, two heated salt water pools both with grilling areas, two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, fully equipped exercise room, and a beautiful beach just steps away! Bars, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, ice cream shop and mini golf, all within a short walking distance.

Marco Island is the largest of South West Florida's 10,000 islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The island is six miles long, four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges.

We own and manage our property, we also permanently live on the island. We enjoy meeting our guests and handing over the keys and answering any questions you might have. If something is needed we are close by to assist you. We accept weekly or monthly rentals only.

This was a beautiful, amazing vacation. The condo had amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. Pat and Vic the condo owners were super friendly. Everything we needed was in walking distance.

Great location!

Awesome location! The beach is quieter and less crowded than the northern parts of the beach. The complex is quiet and the pool is great. The unit is not updated but it is well maintained and very clean. It had all of the essentials.

WONDERFUL!!!

We absolutely loved this condo!... very comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The view is breathtaking! The owners were so very friendly and extremely helpful, wonderful people. They live on the island so they had TONS of ideas for places to go eat and acivities to do in the area. I woul recommend this condo to anyone and everyone, we just love it!

Great Marco Location

The Somerset provides a convenient location for multiple groups of our family to meet and enjoy the beach. Our unit met all our expectations, communicating with the host was easy. If booking in near future, the condos do have a couple of projects going on, so you might experience some extra walking, waiting, and construction.

Best location on Marco Island

What a gem we stumbled upon at 712 Somerset! Pat is a wonderful owner/host and made many helpful recommendations along our way from booking to turning in the keys this morning. Grateful for an easy and convenient condo. Super clean and I had no complaints about a thing.

Great location but unit needs upgrades......

Condo is in an excellent location on the island - right on the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. And the grounds are beautiful! Condo was clean and adequate but is in need of many upgrades. Sheets were used, towels were stained and very old, bathrooms and kitchen all need to be upgraded.

Booking was easy. Pictures were accurate. Was met at the condo by the owners, who were kind enough to show us around and give us insight into the condo and location. They were kind and very considerate of our time there. We've never been in a condo that was as well-stocked as this one. Views were wonderful, place was quiet and the week was perfect. Highly recommend this place. Great owners, great value, great experience.

Great place to take a vacation.

We stayed the last two weeks in October. The unit is a great beach vacation condo and a great value at the price. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The storage cage for the beach 'stuff' was also clean and well organized. The chairs we used we in good shape. Pat was quick to take care of of an issue we had with the Somerset the second day we were there.

Perfect location

The location was wonderful. We could eat on the balcony and hear the waves and see the dolphins swim by. The property was very secure with gates to get on the property from the road and to access the beach and get back in the property from the beach. There were restaurants and shops very close. The owners met us at the condo to show us where the beach locker, pool and luggage carts were. They even provided suggestions of close places to eat. When we realized the coffee pot was leaking from underneath our first morning they came over and brought a new one within hours of me sending them an email.

Awesome vacation destination

Pat and Victor were wonderful to work with. The description of the property was accurate, updates to the condo have definitely been made to the things that matter the most! The view itself was amazing and I absolutely loved watching the sunset from our balcony nightly! I was hesitant about the condo having carpet vs tile, but ended up being very happy to have a carpeted condo. (Friends of ours stayed in other condos, at Somerset, without carpet and ours was by far the most comfortable.) The only thing I would change was that the king mattress, it was soft, NOT poor quality, we just prefer a firmer mattress. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Somerset Marco Island

We have been to Marco Island (Somerset) for numerous years now for our annual vacay and we have always been very satisfied..the normal condo we usually stay in was booked this year so we stayed in a different unit and as expected had a wonderful vacation. The room was very clean and had everything as described.Balcony views are fabulous..so relaxing to sit back and watch the dolphins everyday and all the gorgeous sunsets. Marco Isalnd holds a special place to us and we look forward every year for our stay at somerset. I would definitely recommend this unit as the owners live on the island and are very accessible..We didn’t need anything at all but I know if we did they would’ve just been a quick call away. .

Beautiful Deck View Of the GULF!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on Marco Island. The owners were easy to work with and provided a fully stocked condo with everything you would need for an enjoyable beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, and sand toys. It is so gracious of them to provide these for folks who are flying to the island. The condo was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all, you are right on the beach with easy access to the gulf or the pool. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

Enjoyed the Somerset

As others have stated, this property was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location is ideal, the sunsets are gorgeous, and the balcony is perfect. We found all the furniture to be comfortable. We were happy to learn that we were able to rent one of the yellow and green umbrella/two lounge chair set-ups for the week. These are located just three buildings north (west?) from the Somerset. very visible on the beach. For seniors like us, that was a great option although as promised, this unit does have its own chairs, umbrella, cooler, and more. We very much enjoyed our week at the Somerset and working with Pat! Thank you so much!

What makes this property unique

Everything needed is in the condo. All you need is your groceries or if you do not want to cook, there are many restaurants to choose from. Nice large balcony to accommodate friends visiting. Beautiful view of sun sets every night.
