Guest Access:

Guest will have exclusive access to the entire home and private fenced in backyard pool oasis. At check-in day a code will be provided for easy access through the front door. The Hot Tub can be heated via remote access upon request with the host. Due to city-wide noise ordnance we do ask all guests to not use the outdoor patio and pool/hot tub amanitas after 9PM to keep down on noise.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is truly located in the perfect spot. It is on a super quiet street with an awesome public access low country dock that you have to check out at the end of our street. A few blocks to a public boat ramp (Bring Your Own Boat!)

Close to amazing restaurants, a super cool drive in movie theater, see dolphins at the waterfront park and playground which is under the Ravenel bridge, a quick drive to downtown Charleston and 6 miles to the beach.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended but there is plenty to walk to with a few restaurants, grocery stores, parks as well as the bridge to down town Charleston all within walking distance.

Relaxing and fun stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was perfect, but the real stars were the pool and hot tub—such a treat to relax in after long days. We were in town to visit colleges with our kids, and it gave us the perfect chance to reconnect as a family. The location is amazing—just a short drive to explore downtown Charleston. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect place!

We were in town for our sons graduation from The Citadel & had multiple generations with us & the house was perfect! Joe was very supportive & quick to respond to all my questions. The pool, hot tub & backyard were beautiful & a great addition to our trip. Would stay here again for sure!

A lovely property

My parents, daughters and I were in town for my daughter's graduation from The College of Charleston. This house was perfect for our needs. Just a quick drive over the bridge to campus, the property was in a great location. In five days, we were able to attend two graduation ceremonies, visit three beaches, and explore downtown Charleston because everything was so close! If we have the occasion to visit Charelston again, we will certainly know where to stay!

Aesthetically pleasing vacation home

Aesthetically pleasing home. Very convenient to the beach, downtown and other attractions. Nicely manicured backyard/pool area. We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and not on a busy street. Prior to our stay the host was very responsive; however during the stay he was not responsive in addressing the cleaning issue I brought to his attention. I’d recommend the host hire a new cleaning staff that will ensure the home is properly disinfected and fully cleaned after each guest. Once we did some disinfecting ourselves and purchased a Swiffer to clean the floors, we were all set. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

What a great way to spend the wedding week!

Our week long stay was awesome! My husband and I, our daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren shared this lovely home for a week of our son's wedding. It could not have worked out better! The wedding weekend was filled with a variety of activities and we were located close to all of them. The pool was a great activity for the kids and we genuinely appreciated all of the pool toys that were stocked for the kids to use. We had plenty of room for groomsmen joined us for lunch before leaving for the wedding. We were then able to spend the next few days bike riding in the community and swimming in the pool. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We would all highly recommend it!

Perfect location, perfect home & yard!

Wish we could keep this place a secret, but it was too great not to share a review. The backyard is an oasis that you’ll never want to leave, but the location is perfect if you do decide to venture out. 10 mins to downtown Charleston over the bridge, maybe 12 minutes to isle of palms beach. Family friendly rental and neighborhood with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beds, linens, and towels! Every bed (including the first floor Murphy’s bed) were wonderfully comfortable. The bunk room was so perfect for our kids. The master suite is beautiful and the giant tub was great too. Coffee was stocked when we got there, and Whole Foods is about 2 minutes away. Joe was fantastic, easy to communicate with and reach at any time. We will definitely be back!!

Stay with family

Stayed 5 nights here in April. Host is highly communicative, very fast responses to our questions and needs. Useful brochure and information provided in advance, keyless entry with no issues. House is located in a reasonably good location, about a 15 minute drive to Charleston, the Isle of Palms beach, North Charleston / Airport, which is convenient if you are seeing more than just Charleston. Quiet neighborhood full of trees and on a relatively quiet street. The home is recently built and very clean, lots of board games for kids of various ages, Roku TV, comfortable beds with plenty of indoor and outdoor towels, spacious rooms and a great kids' room. There is a nice fire pit and outside area. Only comment is that the pool is not heated, so if you are booking with children thinking about using the pool, understand that it's ambient temperature (cold in April) - we did not book the house for the pool, so we didn't mind. But the jacuzzi is heatable upon request and is great. Only suggestion is to provide some reusable dish rags to clean around sink and kitchen top area, there were only two and they were cotton so unusable after a day of use.

Perfect location

Beautiful home! The pool was so refreshing and the house is only a quick drive away from Charleston. The house was very clean and set up for all of us nicely. We didn’t want to leave! I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place close to Charleston but not right in the middle of it!

A gem of a place

This house fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us! The backyard was like an oasis w/ furniture and toys for the pool as well as towels for the pool! There were even beach things in the garage for our use! They thought of everything! Would definitely stay there again!!

We were in town for our sons wedding. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable , and the living room and backyard provided a great place for visits with our siblings! I would highly recommend this home!

The size of the home is great for families with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. has a large backyard. oasis with Pool, baja shelf pool loungers, Jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. Did we mention location close to downtown Charleston, award-wining restaurants and beaches!

What makes this property unique

Awesome fully landscaped backyard oasis complete with a brand new pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and all the comforts of home in a tropical beach-like setting. Only a few miles to beaches. Hot tub heating remotely upon request via messaging the host. Due to the city-wide noise ordinance of 9PM, the outdoor area and pool facility is not available after 9PM.
