Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place for you!! Studio apartment on the back half of an ocean front duplex. Only a few steps from an amazing stretch of beaches. Enjoy a large bedroom/ living room area with a smart tv, internet and a dvd player. TV works with your internet based apps like HULU, NetFlix, etc. Only steps from the beach! Beautiful palm trees in front of the property on the beach waiting for your hammock and drink of choice! Studio includes a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (small~ only sleeps one and is best for a child not an adult), a full kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, and basic cook wear) bathroom with shower, and a large closet with shelves for your clothes. You can’t get much better for the price!! Free parking on the street, the parking on premises is for the adjoining 2 bedroom rental (also available on VRBO #2108080). This property is minutes from the famous El Yunque Rainforest, the natural water slide, a bioluminescent bay, Charco El Hippie, many adventures in Old San Juan, the ferry to Flamenco Beach on Culebra island, the Marina in Fajardo, and so much more. You can hike, fish, explore, shop, dine, or just be a beach bum!!
There are also many wonderful places to eat in the area, including the Luquillo Kiosks. I also recommend checking out Pinterest for fun ideas of things to do while in Puerto Rico!

This was my second time renting this unit for a solo stay in Puerto Rico. It is steps away from the beach. It has all the amenities you would need including a hammock and a cooler. it is the perfect unit for a Solo traveler. My only complaint and I didn’t complain about it the first time I rented the unit, but I must say something since this is my second time renting the unit, all the towels smelled like mildew which left a scent in the unit. I had to use scented candles to mask the smell. Other than that, I have no complaints. It was a very relaxing stay.

This place was great. Literally steps to the beach. Everything you need , gas , groceries , food all within 2-5 min driving distance , even walking distance. Ac worked great , kitchen was great over all a great time. My kids loved it. The only issue was the WiFi , it wasn’t as strong for us that our network worked better. But the place was perfect

Great communication from the owner and the property manager with clear instructions. Location is very convenient for a relaxing stay near the beach. Our family started traveling 10 years ago to many tropical places. We fell in love with Puerto Rico. It has so many fun, affordable things to do and see. You can return time after time and not run out of new experiences and new paths to explore.

Why they chose this property

This property was everything we were looking for. It is centrally located to so many things to do in Puerto Rico, many of them within 15 minutes from the house... The view was breathtaking. The town is so peaceful, welcoming, and full of kind people. There are waves big enough to surf or boogie board about a block to the right and a small coral reef area to snorkel about a block to the left (in calm conditions). Great space for beach volleyball and also a calmer area to swim to the far left (just around the point). There is also a perfect place for the hammocks right in front of the house, and a wonderful small town feel.

What makes this property unique

This home offers a place you can spend the day on the beach, yet still have the luxury of running "home" for a few minutes (without having to pack up) to use the restroom, get snacks or drinks, etc. all while keeping your spot on the beach.
