This 3 bedroom 3 bath is completely renovated!! Brand new furnishings!
Yup 3 baths!!!

The patio is quaint and screened but still open to the commons area behind the unit.

Full access to all areas.
Other things to note
This property is just 1.5 miles from access to the 170 miles of mountain biking trails in the area.
We have a pet policy. $250 refundable deposit and a $10 up to 10 pounds; $15 for those over.

Unless there is an incident, the deposit is returned after cleaning,

Great, peaceful location

I was not aware that there were 3 levels to this townhouse, with 2 staircases. The staircases were very loud and that surprised us. The space was nice for our family of 5. Our check-in was rocky because of lack of communication, but we were able to get in within the hour of arriving, which I was grateful for. It was a really nice area, close to the MO line where we went for rafting, quiet and safe-feeling. There was also nice/safe areas to walk our dog and take him for potty breaks.

GREAT PROPERTY

The property has been updated and is beautiful. The beds and linens are top quality. Everything was fully stocked. We didn't cook at the location but on a quick look seemed to have everything you could want. The host was SUPER responsive. You may have to plug in the wireless router and wait for the site to pop up to select it, but not a big deal, worked great for my husband to do a little work, once we got connected. Our parents live in Bella Vista and this property has just become our go-to! Thank you, Michael!
