Cozy Clean Updated Condo in Central Incline

2 story. I bedroom downstairs. 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 full baths. This is my families 2nd home and I keep it updated, cute and clean. Best for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as the condo water heaters are small and please note that showers will have to be staggered to accommodate all guests. 1.5 blocks from Lakeshore Blvd with great walks. Close to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose ski resorts. Close to the Hyatt casino and hotel. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. A great central place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe.

Nice condo - great location

A freshly painted and decorated condo with new linens close to Diamond Peak. The owner was great (easy quick communication), we have stayed in a number of these condos and this was our favorite.

Cozy townhouse

Great cozy place for your friends and family. This townhouse had everything, from the kitchen to the laundry machine. One improvement will be to change both shower heads so less water is consumed and everyone can take a warm shower. Other than that, a great place to stay, we'll be back!

Quiet, clean and cozy condo

I cannot say enough nice things about my stay at Kelli's condo. I did an extended 1 month + stay during August which was sadly interrupted by the Dixie and Caldor smoke. Kelli was incredibly accommodating to my situation. I am truly grateful. I was able to enjoy the condo in the early fall instead which was incredible. I even saw a deer and a bear! This condo is in a great spot, only 10 min walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It's right off the main street Lake Shore so you have access to the beautiful walking path that connects you to the East Shore trail. There are also other trails to access near the Hyatt as well. The cabin is clean and has cute decor. And most important is quiet, even when there are other tenants next door. I hope to stay here again!

Ski weekend

Great apartment! Less than 5 minutes from Diamond Peak where our kids were learning to ski. We are a family of 5 and we nearly had an extra bedroom. Lots of gear in the kitchen, great TV/living room setup for apres ski relaxing. Cute development, walking distance to a park on the lake. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful getaway, comfy, clean, convenient accomadations

Easy from renting, to checking in, communication with Kelly is very quick and complete. Family of 3 very comfortable in this condo. Convenient bedroom and full bath on ground floor, if you are traveling with people who have mobility issues. The location is very convenient to Incline Village and the beach. We would stay here again.
