Nestled on a quiet street in a desirable Tahoe Vista neighborhood, this house will make you experience the real Tahoe. Majestic evergreen trees surround the area, birds are chirping away, and the sun fills rooms as it goes from east to west.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that is just joining the rental market after full renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, and fresh paint throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop. Large living room has enough space for everyone enjoy and play board games provided (or the ones you decide to bring with you), there is also a junior living room next to dining room. 2 fireplaces will allow for a gathering around one and a book reading by another.

The house has place to park up to 4 cars from November 1 till May 1. Additional parking allowed on the street from May 1 till November 1. 50 AMPs EV charger at the house.

Hot tub in the fully fenced backyard, and away from it all, will allow you to relax and bring those sour muscles back to skiing or hiking condition.

You will start your daily trip with a great overlook of Tahoe, and this view never fails to impress. With the ski resorts in both directions, the house is only minutes away from Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and others. Casinos are nearby for those who feel lucky during vacation. During summer time, the beaches of Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach are in close proximity, and Tahoe City is a short drive.

Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have pets. Thank you!

This house is in a great location, very comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed, including a wonderful hot tub. (unlike the folks over at Vacasa)

Very nice home, great neighborhood, close to the lake and you cant beat the view driving down to the lake. Had cable and streaming so we were able to watch our golf and baseball games. Central to Safeway and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. We will come back.

Had a fantastic weekend with old college friends and a couple of their teenage sons. The property was plenty big to support our group with lots of seating for all. The decks were spacious and the jacuzzi was welcomed in the evenings.

Home away from Home

My boyfriend and I stayed here for several days. We loved our stay. The house is well laid out and spacious. Our two dogs loved the backyard. We enhoued the hot tub, bird watched and exercised on the hill. We will definitely be back.
