Such a nice romantic cabin! My husband and I stayed for our 3 year wedding anniversary! The view is absolutely amazing and we loved the picnic table and hammock. We got to see a beautiful sunset and sunrise as well. We only walked the trail to the river and that was nice, pretty steep in places on the way back up but worth it. There are several other trails as well. We really enjoyed it and would love to visit again sometime!

A cozy little cabin in a beautiful setting, with all the amenities you need. The back porch provides a clear view of the mountains, and hiking trails are just across the road. It's very private, and if you want, it's a short drive to Walton's Mountain and The Walton's Museum, which is definitely worth checking out.

The room was pretty clean but we did find trash under a chair. The host was good about answering phone calls but not so much text. It was advertised to having a trail for wallking but a tree fell over so we couldnt walk the trail

Thank you for leaving your comments and choosing to stay at the cabin. I do apologize that I neglected to see a piece of trash that you mentioned. I clean the cabin myself and usually do not miss things like that but will certainly check behind myself better. As far as the walking trails, I do also walk those trails almost daily and have not seen any trees blocking them. It is possible that you were not on the cabin trails which begin across the road from the cabin and are detailed in the cabin manual. I apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused.

This was exactly what we were hoping for ! Cozy , quiet and peaceful!! We enjoyed the hiking trails, and the cool carvings along the trail. The accommodations were comfortable . The cabin was very clean and neat . We spent a lot of time on the back porch , just enjoying the view.
