Very disappointed in this rental. First time booking direct with Thousand Hills. I know they are just the agent, but they should do their due diligence by inspecting properties. This place was filthy, cracked tiles, gunk around tub jets, grout lines nasty. HVAC closet a disaster. Developed respitory issues while only staying 3 nights. We have been renting Branson for 24 years and have only had one other bad experience. This trip was mainly spent at SDC, so we did not have to stay at the room very much. TV's were tiny, come on now, 55" smart TV's can be bought for 250 or less sometimes. Fix the cracked tiles that pop when you walk across them. Upgrade the bathroom. The icemaker was apparently leaking as there was a solid block of ice. If the owner doesn't care about the unit then sell it to someone that will and stop misrepresenting and misleading people. That is all.
