Single family home just steps from the beach in “The Lanes” area of Pierpont Bay. Easy walking to great food, activities, and shopping. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 7. King suite, Queen, and Twin bedroom with trundle. Garage parking, washer, and dryer. Fire pit, grill, and outside seating for dining and leisure. Our home is a very short 2 min walk down the lane to fun in the sand and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family beach getaway! Ventura Permit No. 2353
