Partly renovated in 2022, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 20 m2 with cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
