Die Lage ist super,aber der Service hat stark nachgelassen. Die Wohnung war schmutzig Wir wsren 6 Personen und bekamen 4 Badetücher. Zu wenig!!!! Früher bekam man noch den Eintritt fürs Lido,gibt es nicht mehr.

Die Wohnung hätte besser gereinigt werden können. Der versprochene 2. Garageneinstellplatz war gar kein Einstellplatz. Man musste vor Ort zur Polizei und eine Sonderbewilligung für die blaue Zone beantragen. Diese gilt aber nur für die blaue Zone ums Haus. Als kein freier Parkplatz vorhanden war z. B nach einem Ausflug musste man auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen für 1 nacht 20.- CHF.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und gross, das es keinen eigenen Parkplatz hatte war dafür nicht so gut, im Migros Parkhaus konnte man einen für 10.- Fr. pro Tag Mieten.

Reise mit Kleinkind

Wir haben 4 Tage in Ascona verbracht. Die Wohnung war etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind auch nicht ganz modern und etwas verbraucht. Trotzdem ist die Lage sehr gut und die Wohnung gross (m²). Die Sicherheit des Lift ist fragwürdig. Ausserdem lag im Treppenhaus Hundkot einen ganzen Tag lang. Zusammgefasst verstehen wir unter "Penthouse Suite" etwas anderes.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage top. Schöne und grosse Wohnung. WLAN-Signal schwach. Ein paar Mängel bezüglich Sauberkeit (Haare im Badzimmer, verschmutzte Taschentücher unter 2 Betten, Küchenschränke und Dampfabzug klebrig,...)
