Secluded family retreat within minutes of Woodstock village

Come and enjoy our secluded Catskills escape! Less than 100 miles from NYC, this spacious welcoming 3 bedroom home has everything needed to have a wonderful time away with family and friends, including a brand new pool. The home is located at the end of a private road on 4 beautiful wooded acres. You are minutes from every convenience and all the Catskills has to offer, yet have complete privacy and tranquility surrounded by nature without a neighbor in sight. The property is centrally located between the villages of Woodstock, Saugerties and Kingston, allowing you to explore all three towns with ease.

Enter into the large open great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and accented by natural wood beams, large skylights and a wood burning stove. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and the home has every comfort, including brand new comfortable and stylish furnishing, air conditioning and 2 large screen TVs. Off of the main room, there is a cozy sunny den with a pullout sofa and the second TV. In addition, a large three seasons screened porch with views of the woods behind the home is the perfect place to relax and eat in the warmer weather. The home has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with new extremely comfortable beds. The master bedroom is large and has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a full size bed.

On the side lawn, there is a brand new in-ground heated salt system swimming pool (open Memorial Day till mid September) and beautiful blue stone patio with lounge chairs and table and chairs. Off of the back porch is a deck which leads to a brand new bluestone patio (second patio) with a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and comfortable Adirondack chairs. The back lawn is a large open space with plenty of room to run and play or lie on the hammock and relax.

Great care has been taken to ensure a wonderful escape to relax and enjoy with friends and family. The home has reliable high speed internet and good cell service. The smart TVs are programmed with Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu, Amazon prime, HBO max and Spectrum cable. The home comes fully stocked with all you possibly need to ensure a relaxing stay including towels, linens, board games, books, spices, condiments, wood, and every kitchen appliance and gadget needed to prepare a gourmet meal or light snack.

We had a fabulous time at this comfortable and tastefully decorated home. We relaxed, played games, did crafts, and enjoyed meals in the open great room warmed by the wood-burning stove. Nearby, we explored Woodstock, walked in the Falling Waters Preserve, and ate a delicious dinner at the Red Onion. Our host Stacy was friendly and communicative. Would definitely consider another stay.

We were six tired moms in our 40s thoroughly enjoying a relaxing weekend by the pool and proximity to delicious meals in Woodstock. Great location, clean and well stocked. A great house in a great location!

We have stayed here 3 separate times and as always it was a great place to stay with our kids. The pool is great and the house very well stocked and clean. It is super convenient to both Woodstock and downtown Saugerties as well as excellent hiking in Platte Clove. The property is also super private and secluded.

What a wonderful stay! This house is just beautiful- spacious, welcoming and immaculate. There are lots of areas to sit, whether we wanted a quiet spot in the sun or a comfortable area to play board games with the family. The home was incredibly clean and well kept, including the pool, screened-in porch, and grill. Stacy was very responsive and worked to accommodate any requests. We also enjoyed the recommendations in their welcome book. All in all, a beautiful setting and a perfect home for a family retreat.

Great stay!

This property had everything we were looking for: pool, screened porch, great kitchen and ideal location. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults, and we were able to explore Woodstock, Kingston, and Saugerties easily, as well as take a couple of longer roadtrips for hikes in the mountains. The host was proactive and contacted us to make sure all was well and was very generous with supplies for the week we were there. We look forward to another stay here!

Perfect family vacation home

We had a wonderful 1 week vacation in this beautifully appointed and spacious home. Weekend Country Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated home. The location was wonderful as it was in close proximity to the towns of Woodstock & Saugerties. We took a trip to Storm King also (about 1 hour away.). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. I highly recommend this rental property.

Relaxing getaway, great location

We had a wonderful long weekend stay. The pictures accurately depict the home. The screened in porch was a terrific addition and we could even enjoy it on a rainy day. The best stocked rental I have ever stayed in - plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies etc. This is the first time I didn’t have to buy paper towels at a rental! The only 2 negatives for me were no pool cover meant cleaning the pool every time (lots of bugs and leaves) and the bathroom door in the primary bedroom is glass (French doors) so while the shower & toilet can’t be directly seen it did feel less private. Neither of those issues would keep me from staying again, just worth knowing before you go.

Serene Property

The house was even better than expected and very close to the main road with restaurants and bars. The house was clean and the outdoors were both stunning and private. The only negative was that the window on the door in the primary bedroom as well as the windows in the bathroom off the primary bedroom do not have curtains causing a lot of sunlight to enter the room as the doors separating the primary bedroom from the bathroom have window panes. This was also a challenge at night as the light from the screened in patio shined right into the bedroom as well.

Peace and Quiet

A comfortable retreat from the busy world, the house is off a private road in Saugerties assuring guests of privacy and quiet. House has all the amenities one would want... an open kitchen with high end appliances; comfortable living space; screened in porch; and a beautiful pool/area. Unlike many houses we've rented, the furniture in this house is actually comfortable... couch in the living room, dining room chairs, pool chaizes, etc... Owners have made the house extremely livable. And they were very available and incredibly nice to deal with. We would rent this house again which I suppose is the highest compliment one could pay a rental property.
