Spacy but no water / shower needs TLC

Good location but time has taken its toll here. Shower does not work, kitchen tap does not work, tub is not functional. So if you want to stay fresh and clean you will have a challenge. You will also hear every neighbor in the building. Be warned. Could be nice but now it is overpriced and underperformed.

We appreciate your comments and are sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. The shower and kitchen facilities are operational, and any difficulty using them can be quickly resolved by contacting the keyholder. The bathtub’s jacuzzi system is a legacy feature common in Barcelona homes, now rarely used due to environmental concerns. We’re always open to feedback and strive to improve where possible.
