Charming 3* villa in a quiet location, with free parking

Ground floor of 42 m2 classified 3*, located in the district of Valescure, close to golf courses, Esterel, located 5 m by car from a small shopping centre (bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy...) and 10 m from the beaches of St Raphael and Fréjus. Totally independent entrance. Ideal for a quiet stay.
This apartment consists of a large fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle...) with air conditioning
a living room with a large sofa and its 140CM flat screen.
A large bedroom with 160 cm of very comfortable bedding, a double sink shower room and a large walk-in shower with massage jets.
A beautiful terrace without vis-à-vis with garden table and chairs, deckchairs,
WIFI connection, Free parking in front of the house
Due to the newness, the house is non-smoking (except on the terrace) and unfortunately we cannot accept pets for hygiene reasons.
No parties or parties (we care about our neighbors and the serenity of all 😊)
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Arrival times: From 4 p.m. Departure time: 10:30 a.m.
Mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay: 65 €
Deposit: 800 €

Très beau logement avec des équipements (y compris literie) de qualité, idéal pour un couple. Quartier très calme, néanmoins véhicule nécessaire pour se rendre en ville ou à la plage.Excellent accueil, rien à redire, le genre de logement qu'on souhaite trouver pour passer de bonnes vacances
