Wonderful holiday.

We have stayed in Port Guillaume before and love the area. Our appartment this time had all we needed. Comfortable seating and beds and a lovely balcony where we had our meals. We eould love to return.

Lovely place, harbour views

This is a fantastic flat, containing everything that you would want for a stay in Dives. It is in a quiet spot, with great views out over the pleasure harbour. There are basic shops in the harbour area, along with several eating places. There are a number of supermarkets within a 10-15 minute drive. Parking is at a bit of a premium in the immediate area, so the reserved underground space was a welcome bonus.

Le Manoir - an excellent situation

A very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a dual aspect, overlooking the marina. Very well appointed, with books and dvds available to use. There are restaurants, a pizzeria and a small shop selling bread and basic groceries around the marina. The local town, Dives sur Mer, is a short drive away or a 20 minute walk. A lovely area of Normandy and one we’ve returned to for several years.

Great Location

But the apartment could do with a bit of an update. Everything you need including a really extensive array of kitchen equipment but the flooring, worktops and furniture is all a little tired. If you need a supermarket your choice is either Dives Sur Mer or Cabourg but both are a 20 minute walk away, there are however a couple of restaurants on the quayside just a stroll away. The staff at Interhome are all really helpful too.

The apartment is very well appointed, with a lovely dual aspect. Lots of space and the kitchen area is well maintained. Beds very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. A very minor criticism is that the dvd player is very old and quite noisy. Unfortunately our French is not of a standard to be able to watch the tv so we did rely on our dvds in the evening and we had to turn the sound up to block out the whirring!!

comfortable apartment with marina view

This 2-bedroom apartment was well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, all utensils present). Nice terrace (south orientation). Great for 2 or 3 people. Sagged mattresses in both beds. Good location for walks around the marina or to the dunes. Pedestrian bridge which leads to Cabourg. Bathroom slightly outdated. Private parking spot in underground garage, but very confined space to maneuver a large vehicle. Close to restaurants, fresh fish market hall, and big supermarkets within 1 mile.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé sur Port-Guillaume : la vue du balcon est magnifique. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le logement est bien agencé. Nous reviendrons certainement. Deux axes à améliorer toutefois : les matelas s'enfoncent et les meubles sont couverts de poussière !

Mooi gelegen

Appartement met alle noodzakelijke aanwezig. Behoorlijk degelijk keukenmateriaal, wat in sommige andere appartementen of huisjes niet gezegd kan worden. Weinig winkeltjes in de buurt en al zeker geen restaurant met kwaliteit. Verse vis uit de mijn was dus de beste optie dichtbij.

Cestujeme s vaší firmou vic než 10 let. Vždycky jsme měli 7% slevu na pobyt.Letos poprvé jsme dostali 10% slevu . Nevěděli jsme o této možnosti,naopak jste říkali, že máte slevy maximální 7%.

Très satisfait

Très satisfait de mon séjour, petit bémol, certains équipements de la location commencent à être abimés sans doute aussi par un usage inapproprié de certains locataires. Un grand merci à l'équipe Interhome de Cabourg qui a été très réactive lorsque j'ai signalé qu'il manquait des bols et des petites cuillères, c'est bête, mais c'est pratique pour le petit déjeuner et un collaborateur est allé le matin même en acheter et me livrer pour combler ce manque, c'est appréciable.

Pas grand chose à dire, séjour parfait dans un endroit calme. La première boulangerie ouvert est un peu loin :-)

vacances

L' appartement est très bien avec une belle vue sur le port . Par contre pour 6 personnes c'est compliqué car la salle de bain est seulement prévue pour une personne . l' agence interhome de Cabourg n' est pas à l' écoute des vacanciers : je me suis déplacé à l' agence pour demander une clé pour le local à poubelles , on devait me recontacter par téléphone mais aucune réponse si bien que j'ai été obligé de rechercher un contenaire en ville

Afin de convenir pour un tel nombre il faudrait un frigidaire plus grand de même pour le téléviseur qui de très petite taille dont la télécommande ne fonctionne que pas intermittence Il faudrait être plus stricte pour le ménage (poussière sur les meubles) Moisissures dans la salle de bain ainsi que le rideau de douche de mauvaise qualité qui colle au corps. Manque séchoir pour étendre le linge. et une cocotte.

séjour agréable

appartement calme et bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Cabourg à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la grand rue commerçante de Cabourg. les supermarchés sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Vue sur le petit port de Dives sur Mer depuis la terrasse très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Parking privatif en sous-sol. L'équipe d'Interhome qui gère la location est aussi très agréable.
