Maison trés bien placée et calme

Maison de vacances sympathique, très bien située proche des commodités, des plages et de Royan Centre. Nombres de chambres cohérent mais état global moyen.

Pas de parasol,une seule chaise longue,manque des ustensiles de cuisine, cafetiere inutilisable, ampoules manquantes sur les lampes.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour une famille avec enfants (3 enfants 4ans, et jumeaux 1an). Proche des commodités, crique, plage, maison bien équipé etc Accueil à l'agence TOP. Petit bémol meubles imposants dans le salon avec des enfants de cet age. A refaire sans problème Je recommande

Manque des petites choses à améliorer

Le coin est plutôt calme mais côté route il manque une table pour se mettre sur la petite terrasse , côté cour les chaises longues n'ont pas de coussin à même le plastique, une grande table mais pas de grand parasol donc en plein soleil une pergola serait la bienvenue et le ménage laisse à desirer
