Beautiful chalet "du Bulle", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2.7 km from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope, 4.7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground. Private: property 800 m2. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Cupelin" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervaus" 7.8 km. Tennis 3.2 km, minigolf 3.2 km, sports centre 3 km, skisport facilities 2 km, cross country ski track 5 km, ice rink 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
5-room chalet 130 m2 on 3 levels, south-east facing position. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV, radio, CD-player and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm). Très agréable pour un grand groupe

Séjour très agréable. Chalet au calme. Vue magnifique. Chambres de bonne taille pour poser toutes ses affaires, 2 SdB/3 WC idéal pour grands groupes, grande entrée/couloir pour tout le matos/chaussures. Bref ! Très bien pensé quand on est beaucoup, c'est top. Le poêle qui réchauffe bien l'hiver c'est parfait :) Juste dommage que pour une location à la montagne de ce standing, il n'y ait pas d'appareil à fondue et à raclette !! Mais ce serait vraiment la seule remarque que j'ai à faire...

Het wordt tijd voor een toefje onderhoud

Wij hebben dit huis nu meerdere jaren gehuurd. Ten opzichte van ons eerste bezoek is er werkelijk niets veranderd en het kan zeker geen kwaad om eens wat te investeren in vervanging van meubilair, een TV die toegerust is op deze tijd een nieuw kitrandje in de badkamer enzovoorts.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons loué ce chalet à 8 pour réunir les 4 grands- parents, nos 2 enfants et nous-même. Le Chalet est assez bien situé, il est au calme mais trop loin du centre ville pour s'y rendre à pieds. Le Chalet est grand, les 3 chambres du bas sont fraîches, parfaites pendant la canicule. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas en terrasse avec la vue sur le mont blanc. Dans le chalet, vous trouverez de la vaisselle en quantité et de nombreux équipements. De plus St Gervais est une ville très agréable

Fijn huisje met prachtig uitzicht

Het huisje is mooi en erg ruim. En het heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, waaronder de Mont Blanc. In de winter een prima uitvalsbasis voor skiën en wandelen, hoewel je daar dan wel de auto voor nodig hebt. De skibus komt er slechts enkele keren per dag langs.

Superschönes Chalet

Sehr schönes, großes Chalet mit toller Aussicht und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Auto notwendig, zum Einkaufen, Ausflüge usw. Aiguille du Midi Gondel bei schönem Wetter unbedingt zwei Tage vorher reservieren. Mer de Glace etwas enttäuschend, da Gletscher schon so weit zurückgegangen. Parkplätze in Chamonix waren kein Problem. Kein Käsefondue/Raclette im Chalet !

Magical week in St Gervais les bains

A magical week was spent in this exquisite chalet. Myself and my family including a baby had the pleasure of this home , which catered for all our needs. It is situated to all the wonderful sites in The Alps and also with easy access to Geneva and Annecy. Interhome have been helpful and very easy to deal with . This home comes with a five star recommendation from us.

Op zich een prima huis maar wel toe aan een investering in wat nieuw meubilair en uitrusting. zonder kapitalen te investeren maakt dat een wereld van verschil. Bijbetalen voor WIFI is niet meer van deze tijd.
