Most Beautiful & Serene View on Inks Lake!

You'll have birds, wild turkeys & deer at the back porch looking for a treat. Very quiet, peaceful, & friendly neighborhood. Very unique remodeled 3bdrm/2bath ranch style home with a large picture window with awesome panoramic views of the lake. Great for families needing some R&R, friends wanting to catch up, Winter Texans or tournament fishermen. Golf course & boat ramp within a few minutes drive away & a dock right out front to park your vessel. For entertainment, we offer a paddle boat, a washer & horseshoe pit for some family fun! You'll enjoy our home.Constant Level lake~ So we always have water!!!! =)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure a/c is kicked up to like 78 degrees before you leave OR heater down to like 60 degrees
Makre sure all appliances are turned off
Leave home as you found it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.We are under BURN BANS most of summer, please take extra pre-cautions and check ban restrictions for Burnet county when/or if BBQing!
2. People other than those in the Tenant’s party set forth in the Short Term Contract may not stay overnight in the property.
3. When swimming at dock area, please NO DIVING.If children are swimming, there MUST be a responsible adult available for supervision of the children.
