Stepped path to the house. Parking. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Marie Curie" 950 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, tennis 300 m, riding stable 15 km.
2-room terraced house 44 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: there are 5 steps between the living/dining room and the bedroom. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Lieu difficile à trouver, (Cracks et As) n°pas visibles de nuit. Par contre emplacement génial. Intérieur vétuste mais propre, équipements abimes ou cassés à revoir un peu triste à l'arrivée. Il Ville très plaisante et paysages magnifiques. Pour amoureux des sports nautiques, du vélo nombreuses pistes, et des randonnées pédestres. Nous avons apprécié de tout pouvoir faire à pied dans la ville.

Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das FeHaus:Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig, ist renovierungsbedürftig. FeHaus ist toll gelegen, ruhig, ohne unmittekbare Nachbarn, Zentrum ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen, zum strand sind wir mit Auto gefahren (Parkplätze top). Umgebung ist trozu weniger Abfalleimer sehr sauber.

Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind alt und ranzig. Keine bequemen Möbel, nur Klappstühle und Plastikmöbel. Keine Liegestühle für die Betonterrasse. Toilette alt und unter der Treppe.

ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Das kleine Haus liegt im Pinienwald und es ist sehr ruhig ... pure Erholung. Wenn man das französische Nachtleben möchte, läuft man ca. 15 min in die Stadt ... da ist viel los bis früh bei Zeiten. Sehr sehr schön ist auch das Meer, die Strände ganz sauber! Die Menschen, alle nett und freundlich und klappt es mit dem französisch nich, wird auf englisch geschwenkt, irgendwie geht das schon. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft :( muss über vieles hinwegsehen werden ... nicht wichtig f. Menschen dort
