In a very quiet residential area, 20 minutes walk from the lake and 15 minutes by car from the ocean, we will be delighted to welcome you to our 120 m² fully air-conditioned house with 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5/6 people.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
- 3 bedrooms (2 of which are upstairs with 2 beds of 90 * 190 and 1 with bed 140 * 190)
- 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower and one with a shower and toilet)
- 2 toilets (including 1 independent)
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- a living room and kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, coffee machine...) as well as everything you need to cook.
Outside, you can enjoy:
- a fully equipped summer kitchen (electric hob, plancha, barbecue, refrigerator, freezer), sheltered kitchen adjoining the garage
- a 40 m² composite wood terrace with garden armchairs
- children's games (trampoline, swing, wooden hut)
All in a green and very quiet environment. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
A vegetable garden is also available (tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, courgette, cucumbers... as well as aromatic plants)

Sheets and towels can be provided, a cleaning option is also possible.
The house will be managed by a concierge during our absence.

Rental contract in due form, deposit 30% at the time of booking and the balance 15 days before the date of entry into the rental.
Deposit check of 1500 euros on arrival.

Shopping can be ordered at the U-Drive at the entrance to Lacanau town.
Any festive gathering is prohibited.
