We had a wonderful stay in Grand Rapids.It was so nice for all the kids to have their own private bathroom and bedroom We had a small issue with the microwave the first night and Todd answered our call right away.

The property was a quiet, convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having Keurig and drip coffee makers, along with several kitchen appliances. The large round kitchen table was great for our family to sit around to eat and visit. Beautiful deck around 2 sides of the house. Deer in the yard frequently.There are steps at both the front and side entrances to the house, which makes it inaccessible for some people. There is a unmarked drop-off step at the landing near the front door which could be a danger if folks aren't watching where they are going. The driveway is extremely steep but well paved.

An outstanding property and a marvelous weekend in Grand Rivers! Everything from booking to checking out (including necessary communication with the owner) was flawless and we could not have asked for a better place. It is a beautiful house and we will not hesitate to stay there once again. One of the very best of the MANY VRBO properties I have reserved...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Overall stay was great! House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Deck was a very nice hangout spot to enjoy the evenings and watch the deer running around. Our only issue was the broom and vacuum that were in the house to use during our stay had seen better days and were unusable. We ended up buying a broom and dustpan to clean up after ourselves throughout the week.

The location is great. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. Our only complaint was cleanliness. We had 3 small kiddos with us so it would have been nice if the floors had been a little cleaner. And the sheets didn’t smell fresh either.

The stay at this location was excellent. Great walking access to downtown Grand Rivers. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed watching deer and turkeys every morning and evening. The location was quiet but close to creature comforts. Being close to the local grocery store was super handy.

Nice central location between the lakes. Very spacious house, clean and well maintained. We had 10 adults and it had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and showers, TV's everywhere. This is the 2nd year we booked with this host and everything went great.
