Sea Rock, an updated 3 bdrm, 2 bath single level house, is a relaxing getaway with spacious deck space, high ceilings and an open living concept. On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands subdivision, Sea Rock is happily situated steps from the walkway to the beach and from the neighborhood pool! Sleeps 11 people max. Dog friendly (max of 2 - $125 fee) No cats allowed, Golf cart is optional add-ons.

Location and view from the house was great. Hot tub was too cold to stay in the first night but was hot by the second night. TV was very hard to figure out how to work. Also some of the wires weren't all the way connected so the Blu-ray player had issues. Some directions for the remote controls might be good. It was a good stay and very relaxing.

House was very accommodating for our family group of 7. Kitchen appliances, cookware & dinnerware were adequate.Listening to the waves from the decks is one of my favorite things to do. Sunrise on the beach was also great. Easy walk to the beach.A suggestion is to stock non-stick frying pans or bring your own - stainless steel are provided but are a mess to clean after (we did eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns). Everything sticks!

We enjoyed our family beach getaway. The deck provided a nice place for great beach views. The short walk or very quick ride in the golf cart allowed us to quickly escape to the beach.

Hubby work/wifey relax Trip

The property was fantastic for our needs! I had to work a couple of days, but my wife was able to stay at the house and relax. Since this stay wasn’t in peak season, it was very quiet with hardly anyone around. Totally loved our time and will definitely be returning!

Great views for not being on the beach!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet weekend at Sea Rock. Although the home is not on the beach, it offers very good views of the water ... I could even see the Gulf while working in the kitchen! The house itself met our needs ... a few things could use some refreshing or minor repairs, but overall the house worked well for our needs. I would consider renting Sea Rock again.
