Bonjour Tom , La maison est située à côté de toutes les commodités, elle est conforme à sa description et est entretenue régulièrement. J’ai encore realisé des travaux de peinture intérieur et extérieure en juillet pour rafraîchir . Les literies sont neuves , les alaises … C’est une ancienne maison de pêcheurs . Vous avez choisi le week end le plus cher niveau tarif de l’année suite au beach festival, 2 jours très prisés et demandés parfois un an à l’avance . Je loue depuis 12 ans et je n’ai jamais eu de retour négatif sur la maison , les retours sont toujours bienveillants et constructifs.

Sejour tres agreable Il est important de notifier que la maison n est pas face a la mer . Une ravissante petite maison avec un escalier pas pratiquable pour des personnes d un certain age . Escalier tres pentu Deuxieme chambre qui est une chambré palier pas une chambre Malgré toutes informations non notifiées nous avons passé un agreable sejour

Bonjour Cecile , Les infos étaient bien inscrites dans les infos supplémentaires de la maison concernant l’escalier . Concernant la position de la maison , elle est indiquée sur le plan et dans le descriptif étant située à Étaples et non à côté de la plage . Étaples étant une ville avec port de pêche . Bonne fin d’été à vous . Lily .
