Castaway Cottage by Bailey Vacation Properties is located inside a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of PERDIDO KEY STATE PARK, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, dip in the HOT TUB, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, practice on our PUTTING GREEN and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard!

The house has been remodeled throughout and has all new furniture. PRIVATE HEATED POOL, Trex decking throughout, and lovely interior. If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this upscale 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath house certainly will. Walk 4 minutes from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay, and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide an Icemaker, a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand-up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up for the duration of your stay with water and power at the dock. 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts across the street from the house just a few steps away!

There is ample seating with a water view from 4 balconies. Ring Toss, Putters, Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment.

The entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. Stainless appliances in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living room features a 65" 4k HD TV. There is also a 4k TV outside by the Pool! All the bedrooms feature 4k TVs. All TVs have voice command remotes with YouTube TV service provided. Streaming Services all available. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house. There is a multicade Arcade in the Bunkroom!

Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and property, there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance facing the exterior entryway. The camera records video and motion activity only in this exterior area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
