A short distance to Duncan Gardens and across from children’s play area/splash pad. Home has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a nicely updated full bathroom. Close to downtown, hospitals, shopping ,dining and three major parks Comstock/Canon Hill/Manito. Free wireless and smart tv.

Very nice house. Was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Across from the park we took some great walks around the neighborhood. Property manager was very communicative and easy to work with will be sure to stay here next time in Spokane!

Some of our favorite moments are long walks through Manito Park, time along the Centennial Trail, and evenings in the Kendall Yards area. Hosting allows us to share what we love most about this neighborhood and create memorable stays for our guests.
