A private mooring at community beach/dock available for speed boat or pontoon up to 26’. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has plenty of room for family, friends, in-laws, & grandkids! Quick walk to the beach or boating area, boat, kayak, paddle, or swim on Belgrade Lakes’ pristine Long Pond. Winters are full of ice fishing, skiing & snowmobiles. Hop over to the quant village of Belgrade Lakes by boat or car for groceries, dinner, bookshop, coffee, live music, pie or farmer market! Belgrade Lakes Golf Club just around the corner. Hikes for miles, golfing, fishing, biking, swimming and boating are at your doorstep or minutes away!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all propane tanks are off on the grill and fire pit
Let us know if propane refill needed
Close curtains and blinds in winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House is on septic so please do not throw anything into the toilets. You will be responsible for septic backup.
Smoking is prohibited. A charge of $200 to remove the smell or any other damage caused my smoking will be charged.
