The place was definitely very clean and the owner was responsive! The location couldn’t be beat if you’re going for a Universal trip and don’t want to pay the resort price. This place is simple, comparable to a hotel room with a kitchenette. Everything we needed for a short Universal stay.

Overall our stay was great. My daughter and I were visiting for an extended weekend and the room was perfect for what we needed. Room was nice but property needed a little TLC. Host was great and communicated well. We were there during, what I would call peak season, spring break and it seemed there was hardly anyone there. I would say the room is best for 2 maybe 3 guests, but I think you can tell that by looking at the photos.

The Studio apartment was clean and the location is perfect. Able to communicate with property manager when needed. Honestly, the room can sleep 3 comfortably but the “lean back” chair is not comfortable for a long stay. Might be great for a night or 2 but not comfortable for more than 2 nights. Would prefer a pull out bed as a secondly option. The best part about the property, it’s family-friendly and they have access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor and they all have hot jacuzzis.

The place was exactly as described in the listing , mark gave clear & easy check in instruction & was prompt with communication , close to a lot things my kid loved the indoor & outdoor pool even made a friend while we were there! It was the perfect stay! Hope to stay again soon!

Cute little space!

This is a cute studio condo. My husband and I did a quick and unexpected trip to Orlando to see Universal Studios, and it was a quick Uber ride over. Very central to all the activities on International Drive. The bed was comfortable and balcony a nice place to sit in the evenings and look at the lake.

We love the area, but I don’t think it’s really made for four people. The couch was very uncomfortab

We enjoyed the property and all the surroundings and everything there was so much to do. It was very nice. Just need to have better set up. If you’re going to advertise for four people two would be best in that room.

The property was convenient and easy to access. Thee need frame was broken when we got there, maintenance came to address it in a timely manner. The water pressure in the shower is subpar and the blow dryer is definitely on its last limb... this was the reason for a 4 out of 5

Honest review

I’ll start with the positives. Location is central to most everything Universal Studios related. Lots to do in area, lots of shopping, food and entertainment in area. Price for what you get is pretty spot on, pictures are professional accurate. What I mean is the pictures are accurate to what it looks like, but can be deceiving. Let me explain, room is small similar to studio apartment, very quaint. Although decently updated it has a were carpet/mildew smell, carpet definitely needs to be changed. I would only bring two people to stay here at most. Building is decent but the whole place smells like mildew/musty, I assume the entire place needs to get carpet changed out. When I arrived in the unit it was about 80 degrees because AC isn’t working properly, there was a portable AC that did a good job cooling the place off though, I would tell cleaning people to turn that thing on before they leave because it was very unpleasant when I arrived especially because of the HOT mildew smell. The balcony is very tiny, the gym looks nothing like the pictures and everything is rusted. I would say the price reflects what you get on this one. The owners communication was very good! I want to give an honest review because so many of the places on VRBO especially make the pictures and place look like much more than it really is.

The location is really good but the unit is really meant for 2, maybe a 3rd small person but definitely NOT meant for 4. It was not furnished for 4 people. Now i swe one of rhe reviews alao said the same thing. 1. there was one double bed, plus a twin. The flip down twin would not fit even 2 skinny adults. There is a crease in the middle so the one person cant turn like u r in a bed. We ended up having to get an airbed for the 4th person.2. The kichen is quite small w 2 stoves, a med pot and a small frying pan. A tiny breakfast table w 2 chairs. So for breakfast for 4, we had to cook the eggs, oatmeal in thr pot, then wash the pan to cook anything else. There is no oven so not really meant for cooking a dinner meal of 4 either.We are not 4 big people and we have a difficult time with bed arrangement and small kitchen area. I think the description should be changed. To say it can support 4 seems abit far stretched. We were there for 5 nights too ! The owner said they'd drop off a day later an airbed but ended up late responding till after 3rd night. So is good that we got ourselves an airbed, kept it so we could at least sleep properly foe 5 nightS. I have taken pictures to share.

Universal trip in Dec 2021

Apartment is clean but the building is not. Cigarette buds and cigarette smoke smell in the corridors. The apartment sleeps 2 people. The sofa is not a pull out and will sleep may be a small child. Toilet was not flushing and was a pain to contact maintenance to fix. Kitchen range was not functional. We had to leave the place and find alternate arrangements.
